Father’s day

is a holiday of honoring fatherhood and paternal bonds,

as well as the influence of fathers in society.
South Fitness fraternity extends warm wishes on the
special occasion of Father’s Day.
“He adopted a role called being a father so that his child
would have something mythical and infinitely important:

To commemorate and appreciate the Safaricom fathers

on this upcoming Father’s Day occasion, South Fitness
would like to propose this following all-rounded program
with a mix of fun, interaction, excitement, entertainment,
and also a moment of wisdom.
Suggested Father’s Day is on Sunday 19th but we propose
to host the activities on Friday 17th June.

Dress Code
It's Father's Day, so we're calling
time on ‘dad dressing’

This one special day we shall allow

fathers to dress in all sorts of
frumpy mess.

Let’s bring out the fun in dad

dressing from the “dad sweaters”
to “dad jeans” (high rise, straight
leg, light wash, meh) and, worst of
all, “dad trainers”.
Activity options
include:
•Beer/ wine & mini burger sampling - A Father’s
Day experience is not complete without learning
something about their favorite drink and meal. We
have partnered with Sierra for an exciting afternoon
with wine sommeliers and a master cicerone to
impact knowledge and appreciation of their
favorite drinks. Their wide array of exquisite fnky
burgers will also be available for sampling.

•Child Virtual Office tour by dads- Its every

child’s desire to know or experience what their
parents do. For this fathers day, the dads will
have an amazing virtual tour with their kids as
they showcase their working office and stations

•Indoor golf coaching clinic- It’s every fathers

wish to adopt a sport or hobby. There’s no
better way to enable this than through an
indoor golf clinic. We shall set up an
immersive indoor golf experience with
coaches to enable anyone interested in the
sport learn and get coached.

• Dad joke challenge- we shall have
random contest on dad jokes and
winner walks away with a gift
hamper

• Dads Anonymous group - in the

recent past men have struggled to
create social groups that discuss
issues around family, finances and
relationships, hence the reason why
more men are prone to mental
health issues and drug abuse. We
hope to use this forum to put
together a dads movement where
fathers will register into a group
and hold each other accountable
throughout the fatherhood journey.
