Einstien told that space-time is like an elastic flat sheet whin can bend very easily.

Wormhole is a thing
that connects two very distant places through a short bridge. This flat sheet of space-time bends to
form a bridge and anyone could travel through it.

Types of wormholes:
 Einstein Rosen bridges:
Space-time is curved when objects with mass are placed on it. If we compress that object, then
space-time becomes more curved around it. And at a time, space-time becomes so curved that
it collapses into a black hole. Objects entering black hole are not trapped in a singularity, i.e.,
they do not get trapped or remain forever inside the black hole. On the other side of the Even
Horizon of the black hole, there is a white hole connected. On our universe objects move into
the black holes, travels and moves out of the white holes in the parallel universe. In our parallel
universe, everything is same as our universe except that, the parallel universe is mirrored
upside-down and there time runs backwards. Everything that enters into black holes of our
universe, squeezes out of the connected white hole into the parallel universe with backwards
time. But it will take infinity time to travel through this Einstein Rosen bridge. Thus, it would be
impossible for somebody to travel here.

 String theory wormholes:

After the Big Bang, Quantum fluctuations which are much much smaller than an atom have
formed many wormholes which are connected trough threads called cosmic strings.
Properties required to travel through a black hole:

 It must join two distant parts of space-time, like Earth and Jupiter.
 It should not have Even Horizon which would stop two-way travelling.
 It should have sufficient size so that the gravitational force doesn’t kill the traveler.
 The biggest problem is that we have to keep our wormholes open. No matter how large we
make the wormholes, gravity tries to close them.
 We need EXOTIC MATTER (explained below).

EXOTIC MATTER:

Exotic matter is a matter that has negative mass. Everything else like people, planets, and everything has
positive mass. Anything with positive mass is attracted by gravity. But exotic matter would repulse and
push it away.
