Special Instruction due to current COVID19 situations :

1. Ticket booking can be done by the website only.

2. Tourist can buy offline tickets for the same day(no advance ticket will be available at offline ticket counter) a
other offline counter located at Ekta Nagar by DEBIT/CREDIT card only.
3. The entrance of each attraction to have mandatory and hygiene and thermal scanning provision.
4. Use of face cover and mask is mandatory for all the visitors.
5. No group photography within the premises is allowed.
6. The visitors should follow the social distancing norms.
7. The visitors should have to stick to time limits inside the attraction.
8. Vehicles shall be parked in designated areas.
9. The security staff inside the attraction will ensure that there is no crowding in any area.
10. Visitors are required to be present before 15 minutes during their respective slot timings.

5) To View Booked Tickets, Follow Below Steps.

B) Click on "Login" (Top Right Corner of The Website)
C) On the Login page, Enter the Mobile number from which you have booked the tickets and Click "Send OTP"
D) On Receipt of One time Password, enter the OTP on Website, you will be redirected to Home Page
E) On the Top Right side of the Website, Visitor can see three options Profile, Wallet, and My Bookings
F) From the visible three options, Click "My Bookings"
G) You Will be able to View your booking for SOU.

6) Visiting tourists to take note that SOU complex does not have a locker facility, therefore, it is advised not to carr
items like cigarettes, matchboxes, lighters, other inflammable items, intoxicants, and pets to SoU Complex.
