1. Visitors will not be allowed access to Ice Rink, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk, The Magical Ice Kingdom, Ice Sculpting Workshop, Giant Wheel, Bar Ice and the Real Ice Slide (each a "Ticketed Attraction" and together the " Ticketed Attractions" without a valid ticket
"Attraction Ticket" nor shall there be admittance permitted to the Event without a valid Event Ticket (Attraction Tickets and Event Tickets shall together be known as "Ticket(s)").
2. Please check your Tickets for the date and the time of your access to the Event and relevant Ticketed Attraction as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
3. No Ticket refunds or exchanges will be given for late arrival which results in you not receiving a full session at the Ticketed Attraction(s) or the Event. Late arrivals for all Ticketed Attractions will only be allowed access at the discretion of the operator. We recommend you arrive
at your specific Ticketed Attraction venue twenty (20) minutes before the session time on your Attraction Ticket. Every effort to admit latecomers to the Event and Ticketed Attraction will be made, but admission for latecomers cannot always be guaranteed.
4. Tickets are non-transferable and must not be sold, offered for sale, made available, transferred or otherwise disposed of, save as set out in the Full Terms, and we reserve the right to cancel without refund or compensation any such Tickets, and any person(s) seeking to use
the Ticket(s) may be refused admission to or be evicted from the relevant Ticketed Attraction, ride and/or the Event.
5. To amend or deface any Ticket will render it void. PWR Events reserves the rights to refuse admission to the Event to anyone who does not have a valid Event Ticket (including those which appear to be counterfeit or which have been altered and/or defaced).
6. All rides at the Event, including Pre-bookable Rides, require the purchase of a ride ticket online ("Rides Tickets"), purchase of ride tokens onsite ("Ride Tokens") or payment by contactless/'Tap and Ride' to gain access (all rides at the Event, including the Pre-Bookable Rides,
are each a "Ride" and together the "Rides").
7. To participate in games at the Event you can either use cash or card ("Tap and Play") on the day at the Event and/or pre-purchase Game Coins online. Game Coins must be used on the date they are purchased for. You are not entitled to refund for any unused Game Coins or to
the transference of any unused Game Coins to a different date. One Game Coin is priced at £4.50 which will entitle the holder to play on any game displaying the 'Coin' symbol (excluding Family Entertainment Centre Games). On Prize Every Time Games, the customer may require
onsite top up via cash, card, or contactless payment.
8. There are no refunds on unused Ride Tokens or Games Tokens (together "Tokens").
9. We are not responsible or liable for any Tickets or Tokens that are lost or stolen.
10. Ticket/Token sales are final. Tickets/Tokens will not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once you have purchased a Ticket other than as set out in the Full Terms. PWR Events reserves the right to (i) refuse entry to the Event or any Ticketed Attraction/ride or reject anyone
from the same who is found with Tickets/ Tokens obtained in breach of either these terms or the Full Terms and/or (ii) not accept and destroy any Tickets/Tokens that are found to be in breach of either these terms or the Full Terms.
11. You must at all times comply with the Full Terms in their entirety (including the Ticketed Attraction Terms (as applicable)).
12. Use of all Ticketed Attractions (Including any Ticketed Attractions) rides and games is entirely at your own risk and PWR Events will not be liable for any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during your use of any Ticketed Attraction(s), rides and games.
13. You are responsible at all times at the Event for your own personal property and neither PWR Events nor Royal Parks accepts any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to your personal property whilst at the Event.
14. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, PWR Events and Royal Parks reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit to the Event and/or a Ticketed
Attraction or ride, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event or other patrons or are in breach of the Full Terms, and/or to refuse admission to the Event.
15. Prohibited Items. The following articles MUST NOT be brought into the Event: Knives, Work Tools, Fireworks (including sparklers), Smoke canisters, Air-horns, Spray Paint/Cans/large marker pens, Chinese/Sky Lanterns, Handheld Communication Devices (such as radios),
High Visibility Clothing, powered or unpowered Skateboards, Scooters, or Bikes, Flares (such as emergency or distress flares manufactured for legitimate military, maritime, or transport purposes), offensive weapons/potential weapons/anything adapted for such purpose, Any
object/ item considered to be potentially dangerous or harmful to public safety being a single item or a potential component part for another object, Laser devices, Bottles (unless empty, non-glass)/ glass vessels/ cans- even if wrapped up as a present for a later time, Your own
alcohol - even if wrapped up as a present for a later time, CS Gas Poles, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UACs) commonly known as "Drones" or "Remotely Piloted Aircraft", Any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety, Open bottles of drink/liquid
(unopened and sealed bottles of water will be accepted, as will empty reusable cups and bottles), Illegal drugs, Nitrous Oxide (in any form), Drug Paraphernalia including Psychoactive Substances and Alkyl Nitrates (otherwise known as Poppers), Chairs/Stools, Banners/Flags,
Sound Systems/items that can amplify sound, corrosive substances including acids and substances which are capable on application to the human body of causing hurt through corrosive action, unauthorised or counterfeit merchandise, kites, musical instruments, counterfeit
or forged tickets and wristbands or an access pass of any description, unauthorised powered vehicles (motorbikes, quad bikes and buggies), any animals other than dogs. Unauthorised professional tape recorders, photography, and video equipment. Equipment considered to be
professional will be permitted at the discretion of the security, any other items considered to be unsafe or potentially posing a risk to public safety and/ or security. Any person in possession of any item set out at clause 10.5 (above) will be refused entry to the Event or will have
such items confiscated and destroyed. Any article that might be used as a weapon, be deemed to be offensive or abusive, or compromise public safety, will be confiscated, and may be reported to the police.
16. CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Event. By entering the Event and/or purchasing tickets and attending the event (including Ticketed Attractions or rides), you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and consent to the image or recording of you
being used in distribution (commercial or otherwise) in perpetuity without any payment.
17. Photography and filming on site is allowed for the personal, non-profit making use of amateurs for appropriate reason and use only. Commercial or editorial photography is prohibited without our prior permission. You may be denied entry to or removed from the Event if you are
found in possession of any equipment capable of taking photographs, making films, sound recordings or broadcasts, or if you take any photograph, makes a film, sound recording or broadcast of anything occurring inside the Event, for commercial gain (unless approved by us).
18. When purchasing alcohol at the Event, if you appear to be under the age of 25 you may be asked for valid identification that you are aged 18 or over. If you attend a Ticketed Attraction that serves alcohol, you may be asked to provide proof of age on arrival at the Ticketed
Attraction.
19. PWR Events reserves the right refuse alcohol to any attendee who, in PWR Event's or any Event staff's absolute discretion, is unreasonably intoxicated and/or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
20. Use of illegal substances strictly prohibited at the Event.
21. You may be refused admission or ejected from the Event if, in the opinion of PWR Events you are a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the Event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury. PWR Events reserves
the right to refuse entry or evict all members of any group of persons where that group is behaving in accordance with the forgoing.
22. In the event of an emergency, you must follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and other officials.
