Anger mounts after US school shooting

On the Wednesday, an elementary school in Texas had a school shooting, it
was commited by a 18-year-old young man with a legal rifle.Two teachers and 19
children were killed.
After much unfortunate incident like this, more and more people call for gun control,
so that this latest incident could have been prevented.

Discussion Question:
1. School shooting cases had happened before, why is there still no laws to limit or control
gun business?
2.What thing can make a 18-year-old man take a gun to school and kill people?
