ERP HR Module
 ERP HR module is a critical business intelligence area of the ERP solution that streamlines
the management of human resources and human capital.

 The HR module in ERP system is loaded with automated features to handle all aspects of
personnel management, right from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and attendance,
along with many other critical operations. It routinely maintains a complete employee
database including contact information, salary details, attendance, performance evaluation,
and promotion of all employees.

 In many companies the information contained in the Human Resources module is also used to
feed information to other areas of the company, again making the accuracy of the information
critical.

Functions
1. Timesheet- Timesheet is a record stating whether an Employee has been present on a particular day
or not.
2. Leave Entitlement- Leave Entitlement enables you to allocate a specific number of leaves of a
particular type to an Employee depending on his job and grade.
3. Employee- An employee is an individual who works part-time or full-time under a contract of
employment, and has recognized rights and duties of your company is your Employee. In Inoerp,
you can manage the Employee details. It captures the demographic, professional details (like
education and experiences), joining and termination details, etc. of the Employee.
4. Expense Claim- Expense Claim is made when employees make expenses out of their pocket on
behalf of the company. For example, if they take a customer out for lunch, they can make a
request for reimbursement via the Expense Claim form.
5. Approval Limit- You can define approval limits for each of your users. Receivables enforce
these limits when a user makes an adjustment. When you enter an adjustment that is outside
your approval limit range, Receivables assigns a pending adjustment status until someone
with the appropriate approval limits approves or rejects the adjustment. You must specify
both lower and upper approval limits for each of your users.
6. Payroll- Salary is a fixed amount of money or compensation paid to an employee by an employer
in return for the work performed. Payroll is the administration of financial records of employees'
salaries, wages, bonuses, net pay, and deductions.
