EROTON FLOW STATION 8 INCHES DELIVERY LINE

Inspection, routine and intelligent pigging of 8 inches delivery line.
Planned and executed the pigging equipment pre-mob, swamp transportation of pigging equipment
and personnel.

Visual inspection of delivery line valves, pressure gauge, differential recorder, lunching and
receiving barrel door status. Lining of receiver barrel using line production crude, charging of pig
at the lunching barrel prior to lunching. Retrieval of pig and evacuation of recovered debris at the
retrieval safer pit, weighing and disposal at the designated dump site.
Project: Electrical and Instrument works OCO industrial limited at Chevron
Escravos terminal.

ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENT WORKS WHICH INCLUDES BUT NOT

LIMITED TO INSTALLATION, TESTING, CALIBRATION AND

code and standards; investigate a verity of electrical problems due to varying construction
condition, design omission and equipment misapplication.

 Conversion of Manually operated valves to actuator operated(Auto operated by air)
 Replacement of bad valves and flow meters by new ones etc.
