SALARY INCREASE RECOMMENDATION LETTER

I am writing this letter to recommend for salary increase of our Electrician, Mr. A and Mr. B.

Mr. Rustom and Mr. Jeffrey are working with the company for more than 3 years and drawing a current
salary rate of [ Mr A – ₱425 per day ] [ Mr. B – ₱400 per day ]. I have talked to Engr. C and Foreman D
about this concern and they highly approved the request of salary increase. According to Engr. C and
Foreman D, the two subjects are hardworking and dedicated workers. They work with less supervision of
our site engineer and foreman. As of the time, they are roundly assigned in electrical works and in FDAS.
I suggest to increase Mr. Rustom EA’s daily rate to ₱450 per day and Mr. B to ₱425 per day. This will
highly motivate them to work harder.

I am giving this recommendation my full support together with Engr. Robert Maguad and Foreman Jun Salem,
with the knowledge what we will be promoting a much deserving individual.
