KRISH-E SMART KIT INSTALLATION GUIDE

Installation Process

Installation takes only 15 min to fit in any tractor.

Step 1. Installation checklist and tools required for Installation

Before Installation Checklist Tools Required

Android Phone Big screwdriver

Carnot Dealer App Small screwdriver

Spanner(6mm x 8mm.
Krish-e Smart Kit Device 10mm x 12mm)

Krish-e Smart Kit App Nipper cutter

Step 2. Remove Tractor Main Fuse


Step 3. Harness Connections: Please take out the harness from the
device box and connect as per below instructions:

a. Power (positive): Connect the red (+) power harness to the main power
bolt on the alternator.
b. Ground connection: Connect the black (-) power harness to the ground
bolt on the alternator.
c. RPM cable: check continuity on multimeter by connecting the black
probe of the multimeter on battery ground and red probe on the bolts
available on the alternator. Check all the bolt one by one till the time you
hear beep sound and then connect the RPM cable on that very bolt.
d. Fuel connection: Generally you will find the fuel sensor near the fuel
tank which will be connected with the tractor harness. Connect
Krish-e KIT fuel wire with tractor fuel wire with the help of red
scotchlok connector as shown in the picture below:

* Fuel feature will work on the mobile app only if the fuel sensor is working.

Step 4. Device mounting
Please peel-off the red layer of the tape and stick the device on a plain
surface below dashboard cluster as shown in the below images:

Step 5. Device connection
a. Please join the device and harness connectors as shown below:

b. Once done, please use cable ties and make sure the device harness is
properly routed along with the tractor harness and tied properly with
cable ties.

Carnot Dealer App

Once the device installation is completed in the tractor please open


Carnot dealer app and follow below steps:

Step 1. • Please click on device


installation option

Step 2. • Please enter the required details in the


respective fields shown on the screen
and then click on Next

* If tractor model is not entered correctly, it won’t


show correct fuel level on the mobile app

Step 3. • Please select the options after checking
RPM and Fuel meter on the dashboards
whether these are functioning or not and
enter the approx fuel available in the tractor
as per fuel meter and then click on Next

Step 4. • Please allow permission by clicking


on the bulb images and click on Next

Step 5. • Please enter the 9 digit passcode present in


the user manual available in the device box.

Step 6. • Please click a picture of the device
mounted on the tractor and select
Yes on the screen

Step 7. • Please click the Fuel connection picture


and select Yes

Step 8. • Please click alternator picture and


select Yes

Step 9. • All the bulbs on this screen should be
turned Green. If any of them is red
please follow below instructions:
a. Bluetooth Device: If this is red please check
if the mobile bluetooth is on
b. GPS Lock: If this is red please drive the
tractor for 200-300 meters in the open sky
c. GSM Ping: If this is red please drive the
tractor for 200-300 meters

• Once all the options are green please


click on proceed and finish the
installation.

Step 10. • SIMHA KIT is now ready to take care


of your tractor.
