findings of the study revealed that the work environment is critical to job satisfaction. Many of
them believed that the workplace environment had a significant impact on job satisfaction.
Employees are getting increasingly worried about their working environment, including hours,
workload, employee relationships, and the top management. As competition grows and the
business environment becomes more difficult, the company must provide a more suitable
working environment for its employees in order to remain competitive in the market.

Because the findings of the regression analysis demonstrate that the working environment
has a beneficial impact on job satisfaction, the company must improve the working environment,
including company facilities, workload, and employee-supervisor relationships. These findings
are backed up by Abdul Raziq and Raheela Maulabkhsh (2014), who found that a pleasant and
friendly work atmosphere might boost job satisfaction. A positive working relationship with
coworkers and managers can also boost job happiness. Damianus Abun, Theogenia, Hema,
Sylvia, and Marylin (2018) reinforce this conclusion, stating that a positive workplace
connection is substantially associated to job satisfaction in their study.

Good relationships and communication between coworkers and managers, according to

George Kafui Agbozo (2017), have a direct association with employee morale and job
satisfaction at work. Employee relationship has a substantial relationship with job satisfaction,
according to our research. Job happiness can be boosted through coworker support when needed,
as well as communication between employees and supervisors. Our research also found that
when supervisors provide appropriate information about their jobs and their supervisors'
leadership abilities, top management can improve job satisfaction.

Last but not least, employee workload has developed a strong correlation with job
satisfaction. Increased job satisfaction can be aided by fixed working hours and the amount of
employees available to accomplish work responsibilities. As a result, the organisation must
recognise and meet the needs of its employees in order to achieve its goals and objectives
effectively.

important in job satisfaction of employees because when the employees satisfied with the
working environment, they become more productivity and effective. When the employees
