The video shows appreciation for our mental health. We know how important it is that
we should have knowledge when it comes to our mental health because many results will be
shown if we take care of our mental health. There are many things that can be done to
maintain good mental health, first you can have meditation sessions and always rest
whenever you are stressed from work or other things. You can socialise with other people
like your family, friends or close acquaintances. Our mental health should be a priority at all
times because many bad things are the result of bad mental health.
