To maintain this high degree of quality, Starwood must provide its customers an experience that
is unmatched since choosing and retaining the right individuals for the appropriate position is
crucial for the success of every associates. These are the individuals that invest their efforts into
making the brands come to life for consumers every day.

2.Consider the difficulties involved in managing staff at chains of hotels such as those managed
by Starwood brands?

When it comes to several properties, a little problem can quickly get compounded and may later
harm the chain's brand image, negatively affecting bookings across all units. Handling a separate
hotels frequently requires regular involvement. The same booking sources that have become the
lifeblood of independent hotels, including internet travel agencies, aren't as heavily reliant on by
an independent hotel group. Instead, they rely on the popularity of the brand to draw customers,
so maintaining the reputation of this name is of utmost importance. The biggest issue faced by
multi-property hotels is maintaining the hotel's standard throughout all units, regardless of where
they are located.
