COVID-19 HEALTH PROTCOL FOR USTET 2023 TAKERS

For UST-Manila Testing Center

Vaccinated and non-vaccinated applicants who have completed the application procedure on time
may take the USTET as scheduled and stated in their test permits.

*Full vaccination against COVID-19 is strongly encouraged to support the Department of Health’s
“PINASLAKAS” Nationwide Booster Vaccine Campaign.

General Information

1. Each applicant is allowed only one responsible companion each. Both test-taker and their
companion are to be dropped off at designated entrance and exit gates only.
2. Apart from the official USTET personnel, only test-takers will be allowed to enter the testing
sites (rooms). Companions are to wait at assigned areas inside the campus.

For the Test-takers

1. Be at the UST designated entrance gate one (1) to two (2) hours before the actual test
schedule.
2. Upon entry to the campus:
a. Present an accomplished health declaration form from the Thomasian Online Medical
Support and Services (ThOMedSS) or StaySafe.PH app.
b. Submit to the medical screening team at the entrance gate, for temperature checking and
other health assessment protocols.
c. Present test permit to the security personnel for QR code reading.
3. Wear face mask properly at all times while inside the UST campus, except when eating.
4. Observe one-meter physical distancing during the whole duration of stay within the campus.
5. Disinfect hands with alcohol as frequently as needed.
6. Bring only bite-sized snacks and drinking water inside the testing rooms. Applicants are
advised to consume a full meal before the scheduled test.
7. Bring along the test permit, school ID card, and proof of vaccination (if applicable).

For the Companions

1. Upon entry to the campus:

For LEAPMed Applicants

Bring packed lunch as the LEAPMed entrance tests will take both morning and afternoon hours. Lunch
should be eaten only inside the testing room during the break between the morning and afternoon
sessions.
