SWING HAMMERMILL CRUSHER

The 2 tonne an hour machine has a big mill capacity, large

hammers and a heavy duty screw feeder with a 0.55 kilowatt motor
and heavy duty flights manufactured from 5mm wear plate.

The main function of the swing hammer mill is to crush -60mm top
size wet coal reducing it to -4mm to -6mm top size product. This
operation is carried out by a controlled feed rate to the mill housing.
The screw feeder features a drop down bottom door for easy
cleaning.

The swing hammermill is constructed from top quality materials. All
chutes and screw conveyor are galvanised, the liner plates are mild
steel and the screens are manufactured from 316 grade stainless
steel with the screw feeder being manufactured from wear resistant
steel. The frame covers and guards are made from galvanised
steel. The screw feeder assembly, crusher housing and top hopper
are all painted with Epigloss 4 to reduce friction and product hang
up.

The unit also includes a drop down step reducing the height for
lifting product into the top chute. The main feature of the mill is the
high product through put with little dust emission, minimal operator
