Filipino band from Caloocan City. Formed in 2004, with a demo entitled Bloods Beat History Formed by Eric Datu (Guitars), he invited Journey Sibal (Guitars), JaymieAclan(Bass), Ariel Buenaventura (Drums), ReyconColendres (Keyboards), and Czarina Mendoza(Vocals) after School to Jam at a Studio near school covering some punk rock songs, After some week they asked Alfred Sevillejo (Keyboard) to play some keys to their first original song and Alfred became the bands keyboardist, Playing in School events with covers. After a year Eric Datu decided to quit the band for some personal reasons leading to lack of guitars in the band. Journey decided to teach Alfred to play guitar making the band balanced again. After some month drummer Ariel also decided to quit the band because of Gender Issue, luckily Journeys Brother MalmsteenSibal knows how to play the drums making him the drummer of the band, W.A.N.T.W.A.R. still plays at events at their school until Graduation.Leaving the Philippines, JaymieAclan had one last Gig on the summer of 2006.

School year of 2006 Journey now on Vocals and Guitars, Alfred in Guitars, and Malmsteen on Drums was the only remaining of W.A.N.T.W.A.R. are looking for a new bassist, Malmsteen suggested an old friend named Mark Tabiquewho plays guitars to be the Bassist of W.A.N.T.W.AR. With few practice and chemistry the band began playing Battle of the bands and Gig events in and out the metro. On November 2009 the band had a long Hiatus that almost made the band disband but after 7 months The Band is planning to relieve a dream again. Having 8 original compositions, and countless covers, are striving for a war to become a band of its own. Recently, 2010 & 2011, we are re-recorded our demo Bloods Beat in our new own ways. And still playing in small venues. Mark Tabique formed W.A.N.T.W.A.R.s alter ego, Rape the Replay Button without the lead guitarist, Alfred Sevillejo who is currently busy working on a tight schedule.
