Dietary Habits of adults

When I interviewed youngsters in the Age group of 14 to 18 I


observed that healthy eating behaviour become less common as
young people move do their adults stage with frequency of breakfast
consumption eating fruit and having evening mails with a family
decreasing between ages 14 and 18 soft drink consumption increase
with age as children older they want the Independence grow older
this sometimes enjoy individual most of the others are junk food
consumers with no inflation to eat with their families the prefer
company of the friends most of the teams are interviewed avoided
healthy and homemade and hit fast food outlets for the junk food the
favourite food of most are weight gain with sedentary Lifestyle was
found to be fat rich pizza burger chicken french fries etc are all
process foods. Pizza was one of the most popular delivery food.

Dietary habits of working class


At a particular class of highly busy working peoplemostly on food
delivery apps due to that time constants and conveniencethey reported
that lack of time was the major region for not having home cooked
healthy and nutritious food the effects of their jampand life can be seen
in the growing obsesity rates and shrinking activity levels a lot of
working people have lost their disciplined appropriate and no longerstick
to the three square Miller day rule skipping breakfast snacking and
several cups of coffee or day or notion that oh glandparents would never
have considered the attitude of working class toward food indicated Ch
change that they are surrounded by choices take away just food and
ready meals have changed the way the meals are prepared and eaten.
Dietary habits of old people
It was a group of old people which was found to be extremely health
conscious for them breakfast for the main meal of the day with little for
lunch and least for supplier older adult 10 to consume less energy than
sweets and fast food and consume more energy dilute grains vegetables
and fruits etc.

Conclusion
With the regards the eating habits more than half of the participants
failed that a change in the diet plan was required to boost their immunity
the interview concluded on 12 October 2022 the interview provided a lot
of information about eating habits of people and their changing life
styles the study reviews that the reason why people eat healthy diet does
not only depend on the knowledge of healthy food but healthy eating is
strongly influenced by the Habit acquired by the individuals.
