From what I have learned so far, plagiarism is the act of using or presenting someone else’s

work, findings, quotations, ideas etc. without giving proper credit to the author or owner,
intentionally or unintentionally. As a student, one should deliberately what does and does not
qualify as plagiarism and grasp the necessary steps to avoid this act of unethicality. For
one, committing plagiarism is a direct violation of a student’s academic integrity and may result
to serious consequences or expulsion. Moreover, every author works day and night to produce an
original work and idea, and to nonchalantly steal that away from him/her is simply intolerable
and inhumane.
