The months of February and March showed the development time of the system

from the beginning of the data gathering up to the design and layout of the
system. The Gantt chart shows that Chapters 1 and 2 of the Documentation
started in February 2022 and ended in March 2022. While Chapter 3 was started
on March 2022 and was finalized by March 2022. Wireframe and Prototype,
which started in September 2022, needed an improvement. Therefore, the
proponents began to work again in October 2022 and finished it in November
2022. The development of the system from Server, Client, and Admin started in
April 2022. It ended in May 2022, which explained that the proponents continued
enhancing the system until it was ready for deployment. Then after that, the
proponent began to document Chapters 4 and 5 based on the results of the tests
and evaluation.
