Environmental conservation and preservation has been one of the major issues under discussion in

the last few decades. Major conferences like the G8 summit have been discussing methods of coming
up with different proposals on how to conserve the environment with the participation of every
nation
Man has been the major cause of the environmental problems that are being experienced in the
present times. Global warming and climate change all have their roots on the careless and destructive
nature of mankind without due consideration of the consequences of his actions on the future
generations.
A number of initiatives at both regional and local levels have been undertaken by corporates, nations
and at individual levels towards this end. Many companies have virtually ‘gone green’ while others
have established foundations to help in environmental conservation through creation of awareness
and financial assistance.

At a personal level, there are many things that one can do to preserve the environment and create
awareness to the society on the importance of the same. Below is a personal plan of action on what I
would do at a personal level to preserve and sustain the environment.

The striking challenges of our time—such as health care, the environment, education, and poverty—
are complex, whether on a local, national, or international scale. Yet all too often we approach these
issues with piecemeal and even siloed solutions, and with efforts (however passionate, intense, and
even exhausting) that aren’t sufficient to address the problems at the scale at which they exist.

Think, for example, of the challenge that is most pressing to you, and consider the various individuals
affected and the systems at play. Can a single policy, however finely crafted, or a social program,
however well run, or a new technology, however innovative, by itself solve that problem?
Developmental psychologist Robert Kegan suggests that in dealing with an increasingly complex world
we have two choices. Our first choice is to see the world as simpler. Our second choice is that we can
increase the complexity of our own perspective to the extent necessary to meet the challenges. This
means that we, as solution seekers, can choose to focus on a piece of the problem and tackle just that
piece, or we can engage multiple stakeholders to craft solutions that are complex enough and possess
the various perspectives and resources necessary to adequately address the challenges. While the
former can effectively address specific challenges, the latter approach holds the greatest potential for
sustainable change in complex challenges at scale. The grand challenges of our time also present a
striking opportunity for new processes of cocreating change and new outcomes. In recent years, we
have seen increased focus on public-private partnerships, and the rise of complex collaborative
structures, such as collective impact and pay-for-success models, in pursuit of such change.

In other words, we’re seeing the rise of crosssector collaboration—alliances of individuals and
organizations from the nonprofit, government, philanthropic, and business sectors that use their
diverse perspectives and resources to jointly solve a societal problem and achieve a shared goal.

In this century, society will confront obstacles of unparalleled complexity. Critical issues such as
climate change and water scarcity, the widening gap between rich and poor, declining educational
outcomes, and cultural conflicts demand our timely attention. Globalization and technology are
exponentially increasing the scope, speed, and interrelatedness of our challenges. With that
increasing speed come challenges that are more emergent, and so the capacity to quickly iterate and
adapt will be even more essential.

The indispensable ingredient in determining whether we overcome our obstacles and seize the
opportunity of these times remains the same as it has been throughout history: leadership.1 With the
rise in complex, interdependent, and emergent challenges, effective change to secure a brighter
future will require transformative, collaborative leaders who can effectively lead cross-sector
collaborations.2
Every human being takes responsible to the development of environmental preservation. An effort
which can be applied in enhancing the environmental quality is to create an innovation dealing with
waste processing as well as providing education to the society concerning environmental preservation

The threat to the environment is increasing day by day, so it is our duty to make a clean and safe
place to live. We should know our every step and action impact on the ecosystem. To live safely and
without fear, it is our responsibility that we take care of our whole ecosystem.

Even though there are various established laws and schemes constituted by governments in order to
save the environment, it is everyone’s duty and responsibility to protect and preserve the
environment for present and future generations.

There is a popular saying by Lester Brown that reads “We have not inherited this earth from our
forefathers-we have borrowed it from our children.” So, every individual on earth must contribute his
quota towards the conservation of the environment, not just waiting on the government to do
everything.

Unknowingly or knowingly, we contribute to pollution every day. Therefore, it is important that we do

both our individual best and collective best to get involved in activities that help save the planet like
recycling of products, engaging in rainwater harvesting, avoidance of wastage of natural resources
like fresh water and also resources like electricity. It doesn’t matter how small or large our
contributions is? what really matters is that we are doing our best to save the environment. We can
only save our environment through proper management and sustainable development.

As the world confronts the human dimensions occasioned by the effects of greenhouse gas emissions,
perhaps this is an auspicious moment for once again testing the idea of solidifying a right--aspirational
or otherwise--to a healthy environment. If, as many anthropologists tell us, we are now in a new
Anthropocene era when human society directs, rather than responds, to nature, it seems reasonable
to engage in a meaningful conversation about an environmental right. (9) To be sure, post World War
ii liberalism and legal process scholars erected weighty barriers for advancing some higher,
fundamental right. (10) Yet some form of transcendent "right" has been the soul of modern
environmentalism, from Aldo Leopold, to Christopher Stone, as well as Mark Sagoff and others. (11)
Famed political scientist Lynton Caldwell wrote about how a stewardship ethic effectively collided
with the assumption that society's function is promoting economic value. (12) "Environmental rights,"
he observed, "are inherently social rights, yet they have hitherto run a poor second to civil and human
rights." (13)

This Essay furthers that dialogue by suggesting how environmental rights envelop the fabric of our
legal institutions, casting a shadow for an aspirational right that warrants acknowledging. An
aspirational right might, for instance, contextualize appeals to employ the public trust doctrine as an
enveloping principle to protect our resources for current and future generations. (14) Mary Wood,
after all, spearheaded the idea of establishing a children's trust premised upon a capacious
appreciation for the importance of both state and federal public trust doctrines. (15) To be sure, this
short inquiry does not mine, in measureable detail, all of the issues surrounding the right to a healthy
environment; instead, it provides a framework for how a necessary dialogue can unfold, positing that
we should consider the jurisprudential and pragmatic issues surrounding an aspirational right to a
healthy environment. As this Essay illustrates, an aspirational environmental right has become part of
an international dialogue, and our legal institutions and history demonstrate how our society has
slowly gravitated toward recognizing some form of such a right.

We must give ourselves a chance to design our urban communities as per the available resources in
the region. This is a must to ensure that overuse of resources does not take place. The less we dirty
our environment, the more we avert a worldwide temperature alteration. We must check for
measures to stop the rising level of water in the oceans due to global warming. Expanding number of
associations are being shaped to keep the planet from untimely annihilation.
More corporates have joined the race to spare the planet. We can just start by purchasing reused
items for our office, home or school. The more prominent the interest for reused items, the more
these organizations will be urged to add reused material to their items. Finally, we must all
understand that the movement to save the environment starts from me, myself and I. don’t wait for
others to take the initiative. Begin today and the others will definitely follow.

The protection and preservation of the environment is one of the most important issues facing
humankind today.

Every human being takes responsible to the development of environmental preservation. An effort
which can be applied in enhancing the environmental quality is to create an innovation dealing with
waste processing as well as providing education to the society concerning environmental
preservation.

We all know the degrading quality of earth life, but we just need to start seeing the sign. The harsh
and unwanted weather condition is proof that they need saving and securing more than ever. As we
see, the occurrences of natural disasters and calamities are increasing nowadays, and because of this
calamity, people lost their lives. Moreover, the melting glacier is the other alarming situation as to
why we should save our environment.

Additionally, increasing the amount of carbon dioxide in the environment is proving to be harmful. If
we don’t take any immediate step, we will face a difficult situation in our future. It is always
remembered that by saving our atmosphere, we will save mankind. The earth has been survived for
many years, and it will continue to do so; only mankind is at risk, so we have to start now
