4. Is there a significant relationship between:

5. Do quantum leadership and the commitment of school heads significantly

influence the commitment of teachers?

Based on the result, model 2 (R-squared=54.5%) is best fit model for

predicting commitment of teachers. The factors that significantly influenced

commitment of teachers are quantum leadership in terms of organizational

structure or design and needs value state.
