I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the current management that we have under

our division. However, after the takeover of ______________ to ________ position as head of
__________________ all the things that we had established was wasted.

I already discussed this with _______________ few months ago, but the purpose of that discussion was
to initially inform him and warned him of the current condition on ground. Unfortunately, the situation
just getting worse and worse, and the worst part, everyone knows what is going on with the projects,
but no one from our division is willing to speak out to expose what us going on with the projects
because they are afraid of the possibilities that they might be forced to resign or terminated since most
of the employees that fought against their doings has been remove in the company.

In the case of ________________, a former ______________ for Project and his employment status was
for regularization but he chose to leave the company because he knew what is going on with the project
and he can’t do anything to withstand the anomalous doings of his superior.
