Subject : Renovation Request
Evaluation :
I. Carpentry Works
1. Coordinate with admin & building contractor for any alteration or changes in the sprinkler
heads before drop ceiling works inside the unit.
2. Used Non-toxic/odourless paint.
3. Varnishing up-to 2pm only.
4. Cover Smoke detector when conducting woodworks

II. Electrical Works


1. Proposed schedule of loads not exceeded the existing Main Circuit Breaker.
2. Provision for Emergency Power of the unit should remain and no alteration or tapping of other
loads.
3. Used the existing rating supply provisions for ACU.

III. Mechanical/Plumbing
1. All stub-outs must be properly enclosed when chipping or tile laying.
2. Split type wall mounted Air-condition drain should be properly tapped/connected to the air-
con drain provision of the unit. Coordinate to admin & building contractor for any
changes/alteration of the drain.
3. Used standard PPR pipes for water lines inside the unit and conduct pressure test (leak test) in
water system with in the unit.

IV. Structural Works


1. Apply Waterproofing in the flooring of proposed C.R. the Masters Bedroom before rectifying
tiles installation
2. Apply waterproofing (hot applied-membrane type) to all toilet and bathroom flooring and
walls that would be part of the renovation
3. Conduct flood testing after waterproofing and before settling of tiles in the Toilet & Bathroom
at least minimum of 48 hours to be witness by admin.
4. No alteration of Main Doors.
5. No alteration of existing Pipe chase structure

V. Architectural Works
1. Drilling works especially on kitchen and T&B room walls must be carefully done to minimized
damages in embedded utilities such as electrical pipes and water lines.
2. Installation of aluminium grills outside of windows and balcony are not allowed to maintain
the architectural design of the building.

VI. Others
1. Provide at least 1-10lbs fire extinguisher inside the unit during renovation.
2. No alteration of T&B fixtures location.
Other Comments:
Pure Chinese contractor. Most of the scope of works discussed verbally.
