Paragraph 1

Bullying is one of the challenges facing young people today, especially students.
Even if you're in Asia or Europe, this event is inevitable. Bullying is not discriminatory,
whether male or female. Often ridiculed are obese, skinny, gay, lesbian, and so on. We
can never blame people who make fun of us, but we can avoid it. In television shows,
we always see the injustice of the villain character of the bad hero gaining more
audiences, but eventually the subject of persecution will excel and the oppressor will be
placed in a horrible condition. Although this isn't about a video that's going on inside and
outside the classroom, because it's sad to realize that kids aren't protected even inside
the school because they may be the target of abuse. There's going to be a bulldozer in
a certain position in the school because they see someone who's not good. For starters,
overweight women, slim men, big teeth, little ears, and so on. The murderer may even
have known more about their family's issues. For example, no father, no mother, no
adopted child, and so on. When a guy is bullied because he has nothing to do with his
life. What they want is to make a human or a student sad. For us, the only way to
prevent them from influencing you is to avoid them. Yet there are moments where they
won't tempt you, whatever you resist them. The easiest thing to do is report it to your
parents, your teacher, your psychologist, and people who are older than you. Don't
influence or retaliate against these people. Keeping your life is the only way you can
convince them that they've succeeded. The life that God has given us is necessary so
that we can persevere in our studies and show them that we can rise from the darkness
of yesterday.

Paragraph 4-5

The graphical description of the relationship between harassment and academic

performance in Colombia is shown in Figure 1; it shows the distribution of scores in
Saber 9º, a standardized test for junior high school students in Colombia, divided by the
level of harassment in their school. In line with existing literature, school students with
higher levels of harassment tend to have poorer outcomes than school students with
medium or low levels of harassment.

In Colombia, the level of harassment is as serious as in other countries.

According to Chaux, Molano and Podlesky (2009), 29.1 per cent of fifth graders were
victims of harassment, while 14.7 per cent of freshmen were victims in the two months
preceding the survey. High levels of harassment make it imperative to analyze the
magnitude of the impact of harassment on student learning in Colombia. In particular, it
is important to quantify the impact of harassment on learning, to understand whether the
strength and power imbalances among students have a negative impact on their
education and to what extent. In addition, understanding the extent and impact of
harassment has significant public policy implications, such as estimating potential gains
from expanding public programs such as 'Aulas en Paz'5 that seek to reduce
harassment by transforming perpetrators into school leaders and changing attitudes
towards harassment by third parties or observers.
