ROOT: Check your 5 senses. What is the next right
thing for your body in order to transition into rest?
Feel: Comfortable clothing or an evening walk?
Taste: Tea or melatonin?
Smell: Lavender or a seasonal candle?
See: Remove visual clutter from your bedside.
Hear: Music, audio book, or white noise?

RESET: End with the beginning in mind. What are 4


simple things you can do tonight to begin tomorrow
with ease?
People: Check in
Place: Check your surfaces
Plans: Check your calendar
Priorities: Check your to do list

REFLECT: Ask 3 Questions


What's one thing that wore me out today?
When did I feel most like myself?
Where did I see God?

RESPOND: Say a simple 2 line prayer; a sentence of


gratitude and a sentence of worship.

RELAX: Whether it's time for bed or just time to be with


your people, be kind to yourself and do the one thing
that feels most restful.
