2. SACA CE on Critical care and Clinical Emergencies at Chandigarh. Speaker- Dr S Yathiraj,

It was attended by 105 participants.

3. PPAM Meet The Industry – 13 ( Mi13) – Date- 19th December 2021


Venue - Hotel Express Inn, Thane, Maharashtra. The event opened with a Cricket Match
between PPAM members and Industry Representatives.
Cricket match was played between Industry Friends and PPAM Members.
It was followed by a Session on Radiology followed by quiz.

The event felicitated UG toppers from Veterinary Colleges in Maharashtra, and special invitees
from field and industry.Dr Sunita Patel, who was the PPAM President for nine years (2007-
2016), received the PPAM Award 2021 for Most Valuable Contribution.
Attendees enjoyed the exhibits and the stall visits. The event completely mesmerised many and
it was evident how happy the professionals were to meet their industry partners and friends
again.It was attended by 66 companies and 300 vets and 35 Vet Students

4. USAPA- United Small Animals Practitioners Association of MP and CG conducted a webinar


series lectures on 6 Sundays evenings in Month of February , March and April 2023. Speaker- Dr
Izak Venter, BVSC, M Med vet ( Ophthalmology )MRCVS, South Africa. This successful webinar
series was attended by more than 1200 Veterinarians

5. PPAM ANNUAL DAY , Date- 5th and 6th February 2022 Venue- Shri
RamkrushnaAnandvanKrushi Paryatan Kendra , Ratnagiri. PPAM arranged this outing for PPAM
members and their family members at this beautiful resort. This annual day was celebrated by 161
participants. Dr Girish Bapat was the main coordinator for this successful event .

6.PPAK- Pet Practitioners Association of Karnataka conducted The Seminar on Uncommon Skin
Diseases of Dog and cat On 6th March 2022. Speaker- Dr Kallahalii Umesh, MVSc, MSc, Ex Faculty ,
Bangalore Veterinary Collge, Member – European Society of Veterinary Dermatology, AISVD, ISVM
and BSAVAThis successful event was attended by 350 Veterinarians

7.SAPAC TN- Small Animal Practitioners Association of Chennai Tamilandu – Vellore Region
Conducted CE on 12th and 13th March 2022 at AGS Holidays, Yelagiri, Vellore.It was sponsored by
Drools and Petmankind. Speakers- Dr G Vijaykumar and Dr S Venkateswaran. It was attended by
350 participants.

8.PPAK- Pet Practitioners Association of Karnataka conducted The Seminar on Lowe GIT
Disorders in Dogs on 17th April 2022 in Bangalore. This event was sponsored by Drools. . This event
was attended by 355 veterinarians.Speaker- Dr S Yathiraj, MVSc PhD Ex Dean, VCH, CEO- Lakeside
VH and RC, Bengaluru .

9. CAPAK- Companion Animal Practitioners Association- Kerala, conducted CVE on Vector


Borne Diseases and Gastroenterology of Felines and Canines, Management , Updates, Power
Treatments on 24th April 2022 at Hotel Crown Plaza Cochin , Kerala. Speaker- Dr Mukulesh
Gatne, EX hod and Professor of Parasitology, MAFSU. This successful event was attended by
280 participants.

10. Date- 1st may 2022 , USAPA- United Small Animals Practitioners Association of MP and CG
conducted a CE at Indore , Madhya Pradesh onn corneal ulceration in Dogs and Cats. It was
attended by 150 veterinarinas.

11.SAPA- Small Animal Practitioners’ Association, Assam and NE conducted CE on 12th June
2022 at Guwahati, Assam. It was sponsored by Drools. This event was attended by 175
participants.
12.USAPA- United Small Animals Practitioners Association of MP and CG conducted CE on
12th June 2022 at Hotel Radisson , Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh on Diagnostic Radiology. Speaker-
Dr S Vishwasrao, MVSc PhD, Ex Professor, Mumbai Verinary College. It was sponsored by Intas
and attended by 45 participants.

13..SAVA , Delhi- Small Animal Veterinary Association, Delhi conducted a CE on- An Insight
into Small Animal Cardiology , at Delhi on 3rd July 2022.

Speaker- Dr Sangeeta Vengsarkar Shah, MVSc – Medicine. This event was attended by 110
participants

17.. April 2022- Penn State University in collaboration with PPAM conducted anonline survey
study to ascertain the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of small animal practitioners on
antimicrobial use and resistance in Mumbai.These findings would be helpful in developing
antimicrobial stewardship programs and educational training on judicious antimicrobial use. Many
PPAM Members participated in this online study- survey. Dr Bhushan M. Jayarao, MVSc, PhD,
MPH,Director, Animal Diagnostic Laboratory, PennstateUniveristy, USA was chief coordinator
for this valuable initiative.
18.PPAM  Hands on Training program on “ Gaseous anaesthesia  in Rabbits, Rodents and
Birds , “ Date -Saturday, 28th  May 2022 , Venue: Hotel Karl Residency, Mumbai, 400058. Course
Teachers:DrNiharJayakar (MVSc), Dr ShiwaniTandel , MVSc,M.Vet.Sci( Cons Med)This event was

19. PPAM -  Hands on Training program on “ Gaseous anaesthesia  in Dogs “

21. PPAK- Pet Practitioners Association of Karnataka conducted The CE event – PPAK
Vetopia- Bangalore on 15th , 16th and 17th th July 2022 at Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Embassy,
Bangalore. It was in association with NVF. Topics- Neurology and Oncology .Speaker- 1.Dr Steven De
Decker, DVM, PHD, DipECVN- Vetrinaru Neuology , 2. Dr Noopur Desai, BVSc, MVSc – Surgery,
Diplomate ACVR- Radiation Oncology. This successful event was attended by more than 500
veterinarians .and sponsored by Multiple sponsors. This was followed by Neuo surgery workshop on
18th and 19th July . It was attended by 40 participants.

22. APPA- Awadh Pet Practitioners Association , Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh conducted multiple
initiatives on 6th July 2022 on World Zoonosis Day. They created awareness and conducted Anti
Rabies Vaccination, Anti tick Treament, Dewotming and Health Check ups for stray and pet animals.
Activities were performed at more than 50 Pet clinics in Uttar Pradesh . It was supported by Multiple
sponsors.

program on 12th , 13th, 14th August 2022 at Sterling Resorts, Thekkedy, Kerala . Speakers- 1. Dr

24.USAPA- United Small Animals Practitioners Association of MP and CG conducted


International Conference and workshop in veterinary Opthalmology on 2nd- 3rd and 4th
September 2022 at Hotel Sayaji , Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It was attended by more than 200
Participants.
25. SAPA- Small Animal Practitioners’ Association, Assam and NE conducted CE on 23rd July
2022 at Veterinary Clinical Complex, CVSc Khanapara, Guwahati , Assam.

Topic- Clinical Pathology and Their Evaluation 12th June 2022 at Guwahati, Assam. Speaker- Dr
Dharmendra Sonowal, Cheif Pathologist of Diagno V, New Delhi.

26. SACA- Chandigarh- Conducted One day CE program on – Clinical Diagnostics in Small
Animals . on 24th July 2022 at Hotel Lalit, Chandigarh. It was sponsored by Vetlab and attended by
155 participants. Speaker- Vikram Singh Vashist. , member of C L Davis DVM foundation- USA,
Member of IAVP and ISVS.

27.PPAB – Pet Practitioners Association of Bihar conducted CE on Introduction to Exotic


Animals Practice on 24th July 2022 at Patna Bihar. It was sponsored by Everpet. Speaker- Dr Nihar
Jayakar, MVSc, MVC, Mumbai It was attended by 80 participants.

28. SAPAC TN- Small Animal Practitioners Association of Chennai Tamilandu – Trichy Zone
conducted CE on Dermatology on 18 September 2022 at Hotel Le Temps Fort, Trichy.

29. SAPAC TN- Small Animal Practitioners Association of Chennai Tamilandu – and Dept Of
Veterinary Preventive Medicine , Madras Veterinary College conducted- TANUVAS – Rabies
Awareness Marathon on 28th September 2022. More than 170 Vets participated .

30. SAPAC TN- Small Animal Practitioners Association of Chennai Tamilandu – Salem Zone
conducted CE Programme on 15th October 2022 at Hotel Sivaraj Holiday inn, Salem .
