This Memorandum of Understanding (referred to as MoU henceforth) has been drawn between
American Institute of Chemical Engineers VIT (referred to as AIChE-VIT henceforth) and Shree
Padmawati Polymers (SPP) Pali-Rajasthan to outline the sponsorship details between the two
concerned parties.

Deliverables by AIChE-VIT:
1) AIChE-VIT shall include the company logo and name on their Chem-e-car.
2) AIChE-VIT shall do the company’s promotion on its social media handles.

Deliverables by the company:

1) Epoxy – glass fiber composite base
Body stricture

CONFIDENTIALITY:
Any sort of information whether written or oral between the two parties shall be kept discrete.
Each party mutually agrees that it shall not disclose any information in relation to the clauses
and agreements of the MoU to a third party without prior consent of the other party.

The MoU shall become effective upon signature by the authorized officials of both the parties
and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by one of the partners by mutual consent
with a notice of a stipulated time.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or related to this MoU shall be jointly sorted out by
AIChE-VIT and _________ after a rational discussion.
