 We found much more extra information and facts about our topic when we’re
researching about it online and that was totally unexcepted

(1) Our team lack the ‘Teamwork’, it seems one sided work. (2) Sometimes we find it
difficult to collect data for our domain. (3) And sometimes we have so many ways to put

MONTHLY ASSESSMENT – II (Ideation and Product Development Phase)

1. Explain briefly Ideation thought process and efforts of your team to reach ideas for listed
problems.
We found the algorithm missing so first we check it from the beginning and then run it
in compiler to see where exactly the code error is and then we fixed the chat bot, this
took to much time it was like finding the small fish from the oceans, without correct
coordinates you can’t find it properly

2. Enlist any five effective ideas to address the probable listed problems with reason.
(1) Check the algorithm code word by word before implying, this is the most time eater
and sufficient way. (2) Check your algorithm code by sentence to sentence, it will do the
same thing, but your time will be saved by little. (3) Run your algorithm code in any
smart code editor which can check and replace wrong code itself, it is the best way to
solve a problem, (4) Made your algorithm code in parts, with the separate check it will
help your to save time and complete your work easily. (5) The fifth part is like pirated, I
really don’t recommend this but you can use someone else correct code in complex
parts to reduce your run time error problems

3. Explain the most effective possible solution proposed for the problem.
The most efficient way for it is you must know all the codes and tags yourself and should
use powerful code editor, it will help you to run your things more smoothly.

4. Explain the features, functions and working principles/technology/pattern of your

proposed solution.
By remembering all the codes and tags and use it all in powerful editor like visual studio
code it made your work a lot easier, you wrote the program and started debugging in VS
code as a result it will highlight or replace your wrong code in case you had wrote any
And you don’t happen to waste your time by checking line by line .

5. Enlist major advantages and disadvantages (atleast three) of the proposed solution.
Advantages: (1) it will save your time
(2) your result will come perfect as you excepted
(3) you happen to know technology and software features more deeply
Disadvantages: (1) this way you will not think of problem solving your own self

concept.
What users wants from us is to get ready future updates timely they want something
new in our program every time, they want to see where more and more it can go in
future and want to see what will happen next.

1. Which theoretical subjects/concepts are involved with your project? How it is useful to
your project?
MACHINE LEANRNING, Machine Learning is a subject that is involved in our project
because artificial intelligence is not complete without machine learning, machine
learning contains bases for artificial intelligence that is much important

2. Which software/design tool/Skills you have learned/applied during the project? Explain
the features of it.
I learn about Microsoft Word during my project, the best part of it, is I can write down
my monthly assessment without touching down my ballpen it helps much when you’re
creating mind map, I made my raw mind map in MS Word and then I applied it on real
chart paper this way I can go without any bad impression on my mind map chart

3. Explain the prototype/model prepared by the student/team.

My team made a prototype about “The types of Artificial Intelligence”. In this prototype
we explained all major types of A.I. and their main objective, their abilities and their
limitations. We happen to acknowledge as much data as we found on website

5. How many Iterations have you done to reach final solution? Explain modification/revise

We have done very few iterations, first we collected data from all over the internet
website and webpage the which is within our reach and then we made some changes in
our raw final parameters for solutions, we iterate day by day on other sites to gain extra
knowledge and data for our project and after combining all of them we made our
project shining.

 6. What is the scope of the project? How you are planning to implement it in future?
The main purpose of our project was to let more and more people have a common
knowledge about what is artificial intelligence actually is.
I plan to be an Artificial Intelligence developer in future and want to made an
outstanding AI that can even surpass in both human intelligence and physical abilities.
