Most people assume that goldfish have 3-7 second memories but that’s not
true. Goldfish can actually remember things up to five months.
 How surprised were you to find this out?
I was fairly surprised to find this out because I’ve always heard people saying
they have the memory of a goldfish referring that they have a short memory.
 How is it that so many people believe this to be
true?
This type of fake news would be satire or parody which means no intention to
cause harm but has potential to fool. So many people believe this because its
been passed around for so long that goldfish have such bad memory without
any proof of it actually being true.
