Beginning
Establish with my students that I may work with some students one on one when I
see that they may need a little extra help. Having students actively seek out
help for one to one learning during work periods
Middle
Have a fully functioning French program where I can work one on one with
my students during academic enrichment. Feel proud and comfortable with
what I have created alongside my peers.

End
Seeing the results from my one to one work with my students where they
demonstrate a high comfort level continuing french and enjoy being in the
classroom.
