Complete the following making sure to support your ideas and cite from the textbook and other
course materials per APA guidelines. After the peer review, you have a chance to update this and
format for your Electronic Portfolio due in Module 6.

1) Briefly restate your situation from Module 1 and your role.

The name of the organization that I have chosen is no other than the one of the famous
billionaire Elon Musk company Tesla a well know company that has taken the lead on eco
friendly environment and battery powered vehicles. Tesla design and well thought out plan
and well cars designs have made them one of the best-selling cars and up 42% increase from
last year of their third quarter. Thinking outside the box and adapting to the changing faced
pace industry is one of many reasons I think that Tesla has done so well. One thing that many
people are aware is that Mr. Musk has a very high influence on the industry and do not show
any signs of him slowing down.

2) Describe how the structure of the organization influenced the situation.

The structure of the organization influenced the success of the organizationa and
the situation is because Elon Musk is basically running the whole organization and he is
the key persona in this structure. So that I’m easily understood it’s like him riunnig a
smaill company with him making all the financial and HR deciusons atleasy that is what
is seems like but at a larger scale type.

There is also very high politics within that organization ans due to this the
company shows instability due to this in my opinion. He does have a lot af contracts with
the government within his other companies that share similar traits due to this and so
therefore the structure of the organication is mainly on his anticipation of what he willd
do next and try to guess what the market will go in his favor or against it. Elon has been
famous for being innovative problem solving organization culture so I thunk this really
helps.

3) Recommend how you would use structure for an alternative course of action
regarding your case.

 I think that I would recommend that to loose that the manger be the polititcian
because soemitmes I think that people do things for the wrong reasons and not for
benefiting the organizion and not personal preference. Yes it may benefit him in some
way or another but it seems to be that it does not benefit the organization itself.
For instance him buying twitter what is the ultimate goal of that I thin that this
was done as a political stunt because he has so much money and so therefore this
company will serve as his political platform and to anyone he wants to endorse or to just
for anything he wants to endorse as he has a very powerful persuasiveness among many
people in many type of industries and organizations.

4) Reflect on what you would do or not do differently given what you have learned
about this frame.

At this point I think that I would not do anything differently because he has power
and influcene in many different industries and this is just another wasy that he
will be able to persuade manhy people. There is no doubt that he has Power,
Conflict, and Coalition in his organization but sometimes tends to go overboard in
my opinion.
I would learn to put a limit on things as it may not have happen yet because he is
so rich and poweful but the day may come when he will get kicked in the rear end
for talking too much and one thing is also for certain that twitter will for sure be
his political arena but so not know the full extend of the benefit or harm he will
cause just yet so we will have to just wait and see how everything unveils as this
will be something to learn from.
