Installation guide

The demo version of OTPdirekt Electra Terminal is now available to discover the
program, the installation process and the user interface.
Download the demo version if you intend to try Electra before the normal daily working
with the production version.

How to install Electra demo version?

1. Click to https://www.otpbank.hu/static/portal/sw/file/Electra_demo.zip hyperlink

and download the compressed installation kit
2. Extract the downloaded Electra_demo.zip file
3. In the extracted folder open disk1 folder
4. Run the set_up.exe file and follow the instructions to finish the installation

The hardware and software requirements of the demo version are the same as the
production version.

How to log in to Electra demo version?

The demo version does not require registration. You can log in with preconfigured
user (Kiss János) with the following credentials:
 user name: KISS
 log-on and signature password: kiss

The password can be changed but it will effect only the local usage of the demo
program. In the function, which is simulating the connection with the bank, you can
use any password.

Important notice about the demo version

 The installation kit of the demo program only provides a limited installation
process.
 The installation kit of the demo program is unsuitable to install or upgrade the
production version of Electra Terminal.
The user interface of communication settings is not available.
 It is limited to configure the runtime environment (working files) of the demo
version.

  It is unable to establish connection with the Bank. The demo is working locally
(in the user’s computer), the connection is just simulated.
 The demo version is running in normal mode by default, but the configuration to
run in WSTP mode is available, which is providing automated connection for
ERP systems to Electra.
