Work Experience
Responsibilities:
Course practice to deliver and complete a project called Bucharest citizens
Health condition, the medical system and the free time of the people living in
Bucharest. The main task was to deliver a batch of surveys during the course,
following required statistical tools and research data management by applying
quantitative research methods.

Association for Assistance and Programs for Sustainable Development
– Agenda21
I have been part of a national project in Romania in 2014 called Transparency and
Quality in Public Administration through Social Media, delivered by the Association
for Assistance and Programs for Sustainable Development-Agenda21. The core
program target was implementing a series of acceptable practices within the national
and local public administration through social media. The main aim was to encourage
local public administrations to become more transparent and more efficient in their
relationships with the people, with Social Media channels.
Daily tasks:
Being the coordinator for the group of volunteers in Bucharest, my main tasks were to
lead a team of (6) volunteers to:
Produce reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis based on
the public administrations’ evolution involved in the project throughout the
country and Bucharest
Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the volunteers to
ensure set productivity targets
Actively participating in various debates on Transparency and Quality in Public
Administration
Attending a national radio show with the topic Transparency and Quality in
Public Administration
Producing social media activity reports on all public administration involved in
the project in Bucharest
Key skills gained:
- Leadership and mentoring skills while guiding the team to complete the project
tasks
- Decision making and problem-solving skills acquired during the project
- Enhanced management and communication skills gained during different
debates activities and national radio broadcast transmission.
