Sir,

          The petitioners respectfully submit as under: -

1.      That the Petitioners are resident of the above said address

and law abiding citizen of India.

2.      That the father of the Petitioners namely H.C. Bhanot

expired on 01.05.2021 intestate. The copy of death certificate is

enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.

3.      That the mother of the Petitioners namely Neelam Bhanot

expired on 04.05.2021 intestate. The copy of death certificate is

enclosed herewith as Annexure-B.

4.      That the deceased Sh. H.C. Bhanot S/o Sh. P.D. Bhanot

was having following Bank/Post Office deposit:-

          (i)      Joint Saving Bank Account lying with

Department of Post, Palam Vihar, Gurugram bearing

Account No.  2646951944, CIF ID No. 211433682

along with his wife Smt. Neelam Bhanot, having

balance amount of Rs. 7,54,251/- as on___________.

Copy of Post Office Passbook is annexed herewith as

Annexure-C.

5.      That the deceased Smt. Neelam Bhanot W/o Late Sh. H.C.

Bhanot was having following Bank/Post Office deposit:-

          (i)      Saving Bank Account lying with

Department of Post, Palam Vihar, Gurugram bearing

Account No.  4065626243, CIF ID No. 211430470,

having balance amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- as

on___________. Copy of Post Office Passbook is annexed

herewith as          Annexure-D.

So, the petitioner needs a succession certificate in respect of

above said deposits. The particulars in respect of deceased,

bank/post office deposits are as follows:-

6.      That the petitioners are real sons of deceased persons.

There are no other legal heirs or authorized representatives of the

deceased other than the petitioners. As per the last wishes of

deceased persons, the petitioners have every right, title and

interest in all manner in respect of the above mentioned

bank/post office deposits. The petitioners remained with the

deceased persons till their last breath and petitioners served

them with their full heart. 

7.      That the residential place of petitioners and the saving

bank/post office deposits are lying with the Post Office

Palam Vihar, Gurugram within the territorial jurisdiction of

this Hon’ble Court, for which this succession certificate is

 necessary, hence this Hon’ble Court has jurisdiction to try

and decide this petition.

8.      That a prescribed court fee has been affixed on the

petition.

PRAYER

                   It is, therefore, humbly prayed that the

necessary succession certificate in respect of the above

mentioned post office deposits, fully detailed and described

in para No. 4 & 5 of the petition, may please be granted in

favour of the petitioners.

                   Any other relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court

may deems fit and proper be also granted in favour of the

Petitioners.
