I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Sarah Medeiros, who is

applying for your new graduate nurse program as she enters her last days at
the University of Arizona Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. During her
final semester, I had the pleasure of being Sarah’s preceptor for five weeks at
Banner University Medical Center South in the emergency department.

During those five weeks, Sarah showed exponential growth and that she is
able to adapt to new environments rather fast. Sarah showed she was eager
and able to learn very quickly from those around her. In such a short time, she
became one of us by being a team player and always jumping in to help and
learn.

I have no doubt Sarah will continue to strive to be the best nurse she can be
each day as she continues to welcome each learning opportunity with an open
mind. Sarah will be an excellent asset to your healthcare team and a great
