themselves to comply strictly with their undertakings.

The following are the important guidelines relatives to the installment account with us as follows:

1. Your due date is every day of the month starting and only until
2. Your monthly amortization to be paid is

3. No "Rebate" will be granted if the monthly amortization is not paid at the office
4. A surcharge (penalty) of FOUR (4%) percent per month will be charged if your monthly amortization seven (7) days
from due date.
5. The company has "NO" Collector so your monthly amortization due is deemed to be paid at our office.
6. The company has the right to verify the status of mortgaged motorcycle and make follow-ups of your account in case
you failed to pay during the given due date. You are expected to treat our personnel properly during their visits for
verification and or follow-ups.
7. The customer should be made aware that the company not liable for any payment made by him/her to anybody
without the official receipt bearing the name of the company
8. The customer is obliged to pay his monthly amortization regardless of any problem arising from registration
procedures and others which beyond company's control.
9. The first six (6) months amortization must be paid by the customer on or before its due date. However, the company
shall give seven (7) days from its due date to settle the payment. Failure on the part of customer to pay the account
due, the customer shall voluntary deposit the unit at the office without demand necessary.
10. You are given ONE (1) month grace period to redeem your motorcycle unit paying the total overdue amount
including the penalty charges.
11. You are not allowed to be used as INSTRUMENT or DUMMY by any person, you will be held liable and due for
appropriate legal action if found violating the said prohibition.
12. You should inform our branch office (personal or written) in case of transfer of residence giving the detailed
information of the place where you going to transfer as follows,
a. Reason of Transfer b. New Actress c. Person to be contacted
13. Mortgaged motorcycle unit is not allowed to be sold, pawn, pledge, to other party. The company has the absolute
right to criminally prosecute under Section 319 of the Revised Penal Code on any transfer of residence without notice,
pawn, sale or pledged of the unit.
14. The "ACCELERATION CLAUSE" is found in the first paragraph of the Promissory Note an it reads as follows"
I/We agree that if any of the said installment is not paid when if falls due, the whole amount of the principal sum
remaining unpaid shall forthwith become due and demandable, at the option of the holder of this note".
15. The customer must be aware also that.
a.) an additional 10% of the total amount remaining will be charge as attorney's fee if the company seeks
assistance from a lawyer.
b.) additional 25% of % of the amount remaining will be charge if his/her account will be elevated in any
competent court in Tagum plus all the filling and litigation cost,
c.) the hassle and the transportation cost is doing to and from Tagum city to face in court to the collection suit
initiated by the company.

16. RENEWAL of LTO REGISTRATION and INSURANCE PREMIUM during the term of the installment will be at
the expenses of the customers but processing will be done by the company.

7. Ang nagpalit kinahanglan nga masayod nga waley tulobegon ang kompanya sa iyang gibayad kang bisan kinsa nga walay
resibo nga magdala sa ngalan sa kompanya;

8. Obligasyon sa kustomer ang magbayad sa binulan nga balayrumon hisan pa sa mga problema gunakan sa pagproseso sa

ideposito ang motor sa buhatan kung dili makabayad sa sulod sa pito (7) ka adlaw gikan sa skidyul nga tingbayad ruini.
Apan para a mga nagluntad 'na og pito (7) ka bulan gikan sa unang skidyal so pagbayad, boluntaryong ideposito and
motorsiklo sa buhatan kung ang naulahi wala la bayad sa sulod sa duha ka (2) bulan sa iyahang binulan nga balayrunon.

10. Katagaan ug Usa (1) ka bulan nga puedeng kuhaon pagbalik mig motorsiklo nga ideposito pinaagi sa pagbayad sa tanang
bulan nga wala mabayri lakip na ang silot nga ipahamtang

11. Wala tuguti ang paggamit bilang INSTRUMENTO or DUMMY para sa laing personalidad, ang masakpan nga nagpagamit
