Notification of Qualification :
1. You will be in the examination site at least 10 minutes prior to the schedule examination. You will not
be admitted after an examination has started.

2. You will re required to provide positive identification to be admitted such as driver’s license or
residence’s card containing a photograph.

3. This is a closed book examination, no other books or charts will be allowed during examination.

4. You are encouraged to bring a calculator with a self-contained power supply (if needed). Programmable
calculators are permitted as long as it does not have an alphanumeric keyboard.

5. Translation dictionary (English – Indonesian) may be used, no electronic dictionary will be allowed.

6. Questions about the intent of examination questions will be answered during the examination.

7. This examination must be completed in ink or ball-point pen (black or blue color) with cross mark.

8. You are given 1 ½ hours (90 minutes) to complete general and specific examination, no extra time will
be given. Practical examination is conducted after completion of this exam.

9. ASNT NDT Level III, Examiner, reserves the right to void the examination and / or cancel the test
scores for any individual(s) suspected of / confirmed in wrong-doing activity during the examination day.

10. Examinations administered for qualification shall result in a composite grade of at least 80%, with no
individual examination having grade less than 70%.

11. All examination correspondence regarding to the result will be routed through the “COMPANY” for
distribution to examinees that can be expected to receive their results within 30 days and the examinees
shall not contact the examiner to ask the exam result less than 15 days since the date of examination.
