Terms and Conditions:

 Activation Slab will be constant for every dealer , pay-out will be made on the basis of model wise activation and mode of sale . Example – if
a Dealer achieves 6pcs Reno8pro and 4pcs Reno8 = total 10pcs Sale during this period , Out of that 5pcs Reno8pro by Cash and 1pc by
affordability offer plus 1pc Reno8 in Cash and 3pcs in affordability offer , In this case scheme payout will be =( ( Reno8pro DP W/O GST *5) *
(5%+1%) ) + ( ( Reno8pro DP W/O GST *1) * 5% ) + ( ( Reno8 DP W/O GST * 1) * (5%+1%) ) + ( ( Reno8 DP W/O GST *3) * 5% ) .
 All discounts will be calculated on Activation only .
 The Scheme cannot be transferred or redeemed in any other form.
 There will be no other scheme / payout will be applicable on this model for this period as mentioned above.
 Distributor cannot claim the scheme on behalf of Dealer’s.
 This scheme is not applicable for MT Chanel.
 The Dealers who sell below MOP price OR to online/wholesale will be disqualified from the scheme.
 Scheme can be closed or withdrawn in any circumstances without giving prior notice.
 All scheme payout will be withdrawn in case of any Cross Region Sale / Online Sale / Whole Sale, also a penalty of Rs,1,00,000/-
per handset will be debited from the dealer . Failing which Company will withdrawn all support and stop working permanently.
 Scheme is subject to availability of stocks.
 Stock Return is not allowed.
 Our principle is to guaranty Dealers Profitability, We are trying our best to help dealers to increase Dealer’s ASP.
