Advertising- commonly use to promote products on the television, radio and
sometimes on newspaper. This kind of promotion requires the business or
company to pay for the advertisement itself.

Personal selling- this promotional tool requires the seller and the consumer’s
presence, in other words personal selling is physical selling.

Public relation- this is use to promote products that will use purposeful
campaigns or a promotion that relates to the societal issues. This promotional
tool also influence the society to be nature friendly.

Sales promotion- this helps to increase sales of the company or business, by


doing so the company will promote product sales that will catch the interest of
the consumers.

Social media- this promotional tool helps a lot in terms of marketing a product
FOR FREE, this is a common promotional tool that most of the entrepreneur
nowadays use, because it is the most convenient tool in promoting a certain
product.
b. How important is the presence of distribution channels to
manufacturers and consumers?
Manufacturers are the main houses of the products, the distribution channel is
a significant factor for the manufacturers to have an easy flow of distribution
towards its consumer. The distribution channels convey that the
manufacturers are the primary handlers of the product because they created
it, the manufacturers will then distribute the product to the distributor and
will pass it onto the resellers and the resellers will sell the product to the
market. By this flow, the process of supplying products will be as easy as it can
be. Distribution channels have a huge importance to the manufacturers
because it helps them to make things work easier.

1. Advertising is an effective tool in promoting a product. It is a
convenient promotional tool that helps the customers/consumer
to know the product very well. Advertising has advantages in
terms of gaining consumers/customers for the reason that
advertisements involves information about the product which
helps the consumers to examine the product and to know more
about it. Advertising also boost the curiosity of the consumers
which pushes them to buy and try the actual product.
2. Using promotional tools really helps the business or company a lot
but when a business or company do not use promotional tools it
will affect the sales of a product, which can affect the company’s
money, another is that no one will buy the product because it is
unknown in the market that can probably put the business or
company to bankruptcy.

Batchoy

In doing this strategy the main goals are; to increase visibility, grow sales and
revenue. This strategy does not only focus on gaining customers but also focuses
on advertising the product itself. Let us first focus on the main objectives of this
strategy; this is to promote the batchoy in a practical way, to raise the curiosity of
customers for the business to gain more revenue, to make the batchoy and other
available dish known for its quality but in a very affordable price. The business will
use facebook and Instagram as their social media platforms since a lot of people
are using these apps, the business will surely gain a lot of attention. Since we are
using facebook and instragram we will post about the product everyday, we can
do a testimonial vlog where customers make testimony on their experiences
while dining in. After posting several post we should always monitor the post and
to respond to comments or message about the product. We will also elaborate
the caption of every post to ensure that the information is exact. The business do
not only target young customers but it targets all the people which gives them a
great opportunity to promote. In addition to that we can include to our social
media advertisement the location of the business which is located at the
magdaup diversion road, that gives them a chance to have more possible
customers because of the easy access location.
