2. Lack of coordination and cohesiveness in the group.
3. Reduced performance of the group.
4. Misunderstanding and lack of communication.

Alternatives

1. Issues must be resolved as a group


2. If they had issues among themselves, they have to talk it out as a group instead to
approaching the teacher separately
3. Collectivism is more important than individualism. They have to work as a team.

Recommendation

The faculty member can moderate the group and understand their problem and then
help them. Establish some rules like they must respect each other’s opinion and not to
make any remarks against each other
