By clicking on a blanked page we are ready to create a presentation as we

desire

Home tab on microsoft powerpoint allows us to copy, cut,or paste text at any location of the
page ,we can add new slide, layout page as we want .we can edit the text by giving an
effect ,underlining or styling with different font in the font tab . we can also align text in the
center, left or right.add bulleted points and shift text where ever we want . next comes the smart,
art we can organize text information simply into flow charts to make it more understandable add
text picture from computer file or by internet browsing and then arrange shape or pictures as we
want by simply cliking on the arrange icon on the tab .moreover design idea examines the
content of a selected slide and offers you a variety of design choices based on what it finds.

58
LAB MANUAL Computer Fundamentals

Insert tab on Microsoft powerpoint is almost as same as the home tab except for some features
such as we can directly add screenshot ,add audio and video to present more clearly. We can link
or hyperlink a web page, document or a picture in the text, add shapes flow chart, graphs ,we can
also make icon and shapes movable by action tab. There is a comment bar available to give
feedback, we can add header-footer and mathematical equations and symbols.
