Make the diagnosis, prepare the proposal for the client, after the client authorizes it, we will
prepare the planning of the configuration in the payroll and accounting system.
To make a copy of the configuration for SAP for the M People Project, for Mexiquem, 500
workers approx. per country.
Elaboration of SAP and SuccessFactors documentation, configuration support for 11 Latin
American countries (México, El Salvador, Guatemala, Argentina, Nicaragua, Peru, Honduras,
Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela).
Elaboration, coordination and revision of the payroll process, biweekly, monthly, weekly.
Elaboration of special payrolls: calculation of severance payments, liquidations, Christmas bonus.
Support in tests with the payroll manager: employee registrations, cancellations, salary
modification.
Test of verification of the accounting record in the SAP FI accounting system.

Afterwards, the company restructured its workforce and later a staff cut, and so I continued as a
consultant, support in the implementation of SAP Nominas system: support in data search,
collection of information, preparation of questionnaires for measurement and evaluation of
processes and sampling of results of the payroll department, support for the analysis, all this to
prepare the implementation.
Accomplishments:
Organized, classified, filed, mergers, spin-offs and liquidations of group subsidiaries for 6,500
workers. Restructured, reduced staff and simplified business processes, solved all tax issues.
Correction of taxes for the filing of the tax returns for several fiscal years.

report outside the legal deadlines.
