responsibilities of a Company Commander; and

2. This pertains to the activities conducted by the Company commander from

5:00 AM September 24, 2022 to 11:00 PM of September 24, 2022 in accordance
with the references stated above.

a.At exactly 4:30 AM of September 24, 2022, members of class 2025 left the
barracks for silent drill practice.

b.At exactly 6:30 AM of September 24, 2022 the undersigned together with the
members of echo company joined the formation for the morning mess at the
mess hall.

c. At around 7:15 AM of September 24, 2022, CDT 4C Dino, accompanied by his

squad leader CDT 2C Gadayan, was brought to the medical dispensary because
of head injury sustained after the morning mess at the mess hall.

d.At exactly 7:30 AM of September 24, 2022, members of echo company entered
the barracks from morning mess.

e. At exactly 8:00 AM of September 24, 2022, the members of class 2023 of echo
company observed preparation for pictorials.

f. At exactly 11:11 AM of September 24, 2022, members of echo company left the
barracks for afternoon mess.

g. At exactly 11:30 AM of September 24, 2022, members of echo company from

class 2023 left the dormitory for their pictorials at the corps publication.

h. At exactly 12:45 PM of September 24, 2022, touring cadets of echo company

from class 2024 and class 2025 left the barracks for punishment tours at the
mini grandstand.

i. At exactly 3:30 PM of September 24, 2022, members of class 2023 of echo

company entered the barracks form their pictorials at the corps publication.
 j. At exactly 6:30 PM of September 24, 2022, members of echo company
conducted boodle fight at the barracks.

k. At exactly 9:00 PM of September 24, 2022, all members of echo company left
the barracks for the TAPS accounting formation.

l. At exactly 9:30 PM of September 24, 2022, all members of echo company

entered the dormitory from the formation at the grandstand.

m. At exactly 10:00 PM, all cadets of echo company is observing TAPS.
