Perspective on Seminar Workshop

• State your prior knowledge about seminar

A seminar is a type of academic gathering that can be held at college university or by a professional. Seminars
are typically recurring meetings that focus on different topics every time. Participants are also expected to
participate actively in these meetings.

• Differentiate the seminar and webinar

A seminar is defined as a meeting for the exchange of useful information by university or by a professional.
Furthermore, a webinar is defined as an interactive seminar delivered via the World Wide Web using the internet
and digital devices.

• Determine the challenges you might face throughout the webinar

- Unstable Internet Connection

- Technology Malfunction
- Anxiety
- Loss of self-confidence

• List the things you think that must consider in planning and organizing a webinar and provide reason(s).

Planning Webinar
• Know your audience- You can determine whether your target audience is suitable for the webinar.
• Specify the objectives of your webinar- Determine what you want to accomplish in this webinar. It could
be anything, but be clear and specific about what it is.
• Plan the Visuals for Your Webinar- because webinars rely on audio and visuals to get the
message across, both should be engaging
• Create an activity for Webinar- This additional activity can make it more enjoyable and exciting.

Organizing Webinar
• Decide on a Webinar Topic- To base your webinar on, you must have a clear, well-defined topic. Once
you've decided on a topic, making sure your focus is razor-sharp and doesn't stray from the main issue
at hand.
• Select date and time- Choose a time and date that will work for people in different time zones, and
publicize it well in advance.
• Create an Eye-Popping Slides- To keep an audience engaged for 30 minutes to an hour, you'll need to
give them something nice to look at. So, make your slide deck is visually appealing.
 • Enumerate 3 possible topics to conduct during webinar and state why.

Personal Development- Nothing is as complex as humans. Dealing with grief or setbacks, and learning to accept
yourself or others are all popular topics. Other topics on which many people want to learn more include
depression, avoiding burnout, and discovering your passion. There are numerous sub-areas in which people can
and want to grow. Life coaches, in particular, can impart a wealth of knowledge based on their education and
experience. Life stories and lessons from people who have faced obstacles in their own lives can also provide
extraordinary insights that can be very useful to others.

Promoting Product- A webinar can educate new customers while qualifying leads if you offer a complex or unique
product or service. Discuss what your product or service does, look into new features or offerings, or even give
a basic demo. As long as your product or service remains largely unchanged, this becomes evergreen content
that can be delivered on-demand or distributed by your sales team. Your objective here is to educate current
customers and assist leads in overcoming any hesitations.

Productivity Hacks- Many people are now spending time at home, working from home, and spending time alone
with few to no other people with whom to socialize. Webinar topics like this one will help people maximize their
time and remain efficient even if their work environment has changed.
