The wash buffer comes as a 50X concentrate. 1 Add Samples

50 µL acylated sample/standard per well

Dilute 1:50 with distiled water before use.

2 Add Conjugate 100 µL conjugate per well - 10 min at RT on a shaker at 600 rpm
1st Incubation

Washing Wash 3 times with wash buffer

4 Add Substrate 100 µL substrate per well - 10 min at RT on a shaker at 600 rpm (avoid sunlight)
