Mini Griddle Cake is a food product that is
made with batter poured into a special cast-
iron round grilled pan and grilled until crispy
on the outside with different fillings. We also
added to the menu the different flavors of
fruit smoothies which will harmonize with the
whole product. This business is intended
mainly to go where the people are and served
food more conveniently.
