COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for participants to locate and identify components, test and
adjust components and systems, and gain knowledge of the operation and
strategies used in the 794 AC Off-Highway Truck. Lab exercises will be used for
skill development and knowledge check.
At the completion of this course, you will be able to accurately locate and identify
machine and system components and demonstrate understanding of machine
functionality during lab exercises. You will also be able to demonstrate knowledge
of the operation and strategies of all truck systems during classroom knowledge
checks with at least 80% accuracy.
Level II--field service personnel, resident mechanics, technical communicators,
shop technicians, and customers. All participants should have at least three years
of field or shop experience with hydraulic systems.
