    2. Make Sure the blade and guard are in place and work correctly

    3. Keep fingers at least 6" away from the blade

    4. Cross Cut only. NO RIP CUTS

    5. Allow the blade to reach full speed before cutting

    6. Clear away scraps from the cut line after each cut

    7. Emile Guzman Rule- Hold your workpiece FIRMLy against the fence for each cut.

    8. Make sure the bed is locked and set correctly before each cut

    9. After the cut release the trigger and let the blade come to a complete stop before lifting the saw and removing
    material.
