Team Exercise: The Name Writing Game
As a team, on your Mural board game area, write the names provided following the process and
rules as demanded by the facilitator for each round (3~4 different rounds). During each round,
facilitator records the length of time the team takes from the beginning to complete the writing of
the first name of the team's choice from the list and also the time to complete the writings of all
names on the list.

Team Exercise: The STICKY-NOTE Point Game
As a team, within a short time-box (ie 60 seconds), on your Mural board game area, create as
many done sticky-note cube shown as below as possible. Some ground rules to begin with:
- Each team member owns different color of sticky-note to create/finalize the cube
- Each done cube has to be inside the game area on Mural board
- Each done cube has to be fully integrated nicely
- Sticky-note should not overlap with each other
- Someone to facilitate multiple time-boxes (Sprints)
- At the end of each Sprint delivery, holds a Retrospective meeting
