Inclusion Criteria:
Clinical Staff: Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistant, Medical Assistant, CNA,
Phlebotomist, Nurse, Dietitian
At least one login to clinic EHR in the past 30 days, Certified EHR training, employee at least 30
days post training, 18+ yrs of age
Exclusion Criteria:
Patients, Administration, Volunteers, Pharmacy, Students, New employees within the last 30
days (not enough institutional knowledge), Anyone under 18 yrs of age, anyone who hasn’t
completed hospital EHR training, Non-clinical staff
