Dear Attorney,

I am writing this letter of correspondence to verify the alleged expenditures and loans in the above-
mentioned matter. I am in need of Affidavits in support of the claims of expenses, an updated
Financial Disclosure Statement and the following official documentation for the stated loans and
proof of indebtedness:

1. Updated documentation on the balance of the loan on the marital residence and payments
made thereof
2. Updated loan balance statements for the Nissan Altima and Dodge Charger debt
3. As per the statement of debts, if the loan from the respondent’s sister is existing, an updated
bank statement or Affidavit is required.
4. Signed Affidavits regarding the written statement of loans which were written on a piece
of paper.
5. Affidavit and Official receipts in support of the claim on the home improvements and
expenses
